Professor Miki Niwa (Full Professor of this laboratory until March, 2010, presently Professor Emeritus of Tottori University, Visiting Professor of Aichi Institute of Technology and Senior Research Fellow of Nagoya Industrial Science Research Institute) was awarded by the organizers of 13th Korea-Japan Symposium on Catalysis (May 23 - 25, 2011, Seogwipo, Jeju Island, Republic of Korea) for his great controbution to the development of catalysis science and engineering in east Asia.
